• On booking a 25% Deposit must be paid
• Full payment is due 60 days before the event
• No refunds will be provided if the screening is canceled by the client due to weather or other circumstances
• If the client cancels the screening more than 48 Hrs before it starts a full or partial refund may be given at the discretion of SkyLight Cinemas if the client re-books for another date.
• If SkyLight Cinemas has to cancel due to equipment failure or other circumstances we can accept no responsibility for loss of earnings or refunds.
